Would the sound output change?

Ok, heres the situation, I got a audiobahn 800x2 running my inside aftermarket pioneers. A pair of pioneer 6x9's (the ones with the yellow cone), a pair of pioneer 6.5's (the ones with the shiny blue cone). Just want to know if the transition from a 800x2 to a Zapco 360.4 will have any sound output diffrence referring more to loudness. Or will it be equaled out.
