I was thinking about trying an amp out to see what it will actually do..I dont have the means to get the proper readings though..Still wouldnt mind trying one out though..be fine for a work vehicle.if it ever got snagged..no loss,just the time spent putting it in

right lol guts dont look bad on it. its a best offer deal too. wonder what the lowest he would take is. maybe someone on here that has the ability to properly bench it will chime in and snag one up and test it out.

Also the heatsink is nearly identical.. The sides are identical (knobs; power & speaker connections)

It looks to be a APSM with EVEN CHEAPER components (notice the smaller capacitors)

thats what i was thinking. started out selling them at 109 then came down to 88 and was declining offers and seems to be accepting more offers lately.

wow nearly identical. even use the same internal wire it seems lol.

The only difference I can see is that two of the AP's capacitors are bigger. Otherwise the guts (and heatsink) look identical other than the dips in the top of the AP

Hank clamped this stupid little amp. Well... the $98 one.

ok we didnt take videos of the testing but we tested the amp at .5 ohm rising to 1.25 ohm we clamped 1960 watts but clipped to hell and back we got 2100 watts out of it. this is for the 98$ amp.

it also metered 3 tenths louder than the ap mini. we did a direct swap between the 2. already had the ap mini hooked up did the test. then dropped this amp in and tested. scoped and clamped.

Go nuts.
