Would it sound good??

ok so i may be doing this set-up as is pretty cheap, what i want to get is 2 12" L5's the black ones, the 2002 or so model, they are pretty cheap on ebay, and the amp i wanted to run with em was a profile ap1200, and i was wondering if this amp would be good for the 12's to put out their power, and do you guys think these set-up would be louder than the set-up i had of a 15" l5 with a kenwood 9102d.
