Would anyone in the CHI come to a meet?

I lived in Cicero for 23 years, and now I live in Park Ridge right next to Desplaines which is no better than Cicero, lOl. That shop near 16th and Harlem I think it is still owned my Alfonso Morosco, they aren't all that great don't know how they stay in bussiness. You actually would be better with ABC on 22nd and Harlem if they are still there, a tad better. Busse is patrolled by do-gooders and animal preservation experts you will have to go through a long process to get a permit and if I am not mistaken excessive noise is under the no no conditions, double check. Well, I know there was a sound-off of sorts there a few years ago, no idea if they got a permit or not. I guess I'll have to check on that.

Plenty of industrial areas around here as well. But i'm trying to find a place that isn't in the ghetto as well.

I can think of one place (an old builders square that hasn't been used in years), but its also not in a great area.

A forest preserve really seems like the best bet without having to drive super far away.

I went to a meet at Busse recently, but it didnt have the issue of noise, just a car meet

Its nice for meets though, its wide open(people were playing football) and grilling. Maybe if we get a grove thats secluded, itll be okay

ABC is still there. I see it all the time when i go to the mall.

theres a new shop that open up on 1st ave and 47th in Lyons. i think its called southside custom. they had a show about 3 weeks ago. they were suppose to have a sound comp but no one show up for it but like 3 people. they had more performance cars there. i got to look for there number but i'm pretty sure they will have it.

its easy to get there. its right off the 55.
