Would A U.S Merlin Amp Work With My Setup??

I'm running Alpine Coaxials SPR 6.5 speakers in the front and Infinity Reference 5.25 in the rear powered by a 4 channel Amp DHD 400 watts. My Sub is A Single 12 inch Kicker L7 in a Ported Box powered by an U.S Xterminator amp 800 Watts. Now my aunt wants to trade me for my U.S Xterminator Amp for a U.S Merlin 23 Amp. Would this Merlin Amp work with my setup for the better?
