would a old school PPI PC275 stand up to a 2 ohm load bridged?

i want bass now. but i dont have the cash for a bass amp so i wanna use my biggest amp to run my sub. is it do-able or would i end up ruining a great amp?

if not i guess i will have to drag out my thunder 7500 12" and run it bridged to the amp.

PPI, back in the day, stated that you could run the art series amps at 2 ohms mono ONLY if you did the liquid cooling to the amp. With the age and collectability of that amp, I wouldn't do it. Drag out the other amp.

May work for a few minutes then overheat...
