World coming to an End?

Well, with all the war and tragedy going on in the world today, is it dumb to think the world will be coming to an end soon? I mean all the random shootings of innocent people being killed, and with the war. Also all the corruption and injustice still going it's hard for me not to think about it. It's jsut not safe anywhere anymore, i mean the only place i haven't heard of a killing now-a-days is a church. But still they desecrate and defile churches with racist graffiti and other things.

It's Like what Revelations says in the bible how there will be war,killing and all kinds of just horrible things. Also i know alot of innocent people are dying, and young at that, but i just kinda feel like the Lord is just saving them from judgment day so they wont have to bare the horridness of the end of time once again. I just pray that i die before judgment day, and if not i pray the lord taketh me.

I know this is a sketchy topic that some may feel totally indifferent about because it's really religion specific, i just wanna know if anyone else has any thoughts on this?

you think that many college students are innocents?

why would god decide they were more worthy to be saved from the apocolypse than others?

every generation has an end of times fear

my father in law is going through one now..

granted most people start to feel this way in their 50's or so, and i doubt you're any where near that age.

but there is probably LESS violent/unnatural death (proportianately) going on now, than 50 or 60 years ago.

America is not representative of the world

I think we may just be seeing the breakdown of the latest set of american morals and ideals in child rearing right now
