Post questions and comments here...

(well you dont have to if you dont want to.. I just know I will have multiply questions, so I figured make one thread and continue it.)

When I worked on my arms... i worked them hardcore and the next day they were like "sore" so I let them rest and was gonna work on them today... but is it ok to workout on a sore muscale... or should I let it "heal"?

Wait a day between working the same muscles.

When doing pec/shoulder/tricep machines, what difference do you get between keeping your clenched fist parallel to your body vs perpendicular?

edited for spelling

Im not trying to sound like a jerk.. but can you say that in english to me ( I dont understand work out talk yet).

All I know was I worked my arm like crazy 2 days ago... like REALLY good work.

but its on the inside of my elbow... but up my arm 2 inches.. (towards the shoulder, but still on the inside)

If they're still sore in that area (yeah, I know what you're talking about), you worked them a bit too rough. Wait for the soreness to go away. It will take a couple of days. Then give 'em one day more of rest.

The second part was my own question //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Whats a good workout to get your blood flowing... and you sweating? Someone told me to do this one thing... I forgot what its called...but you like stand straight up crouch down and then get into push up mood... then get up and do it again... (know what i mean?)

At my new job I spray topcoat on frames and doors for cabinets 8 hours a day using heavy *** guns. The first week I thought my arms were going to fall off. After the weekend I went back and havn't felt any pain since.

right now it hurts when I extend my arm fully out....
Generally it is a common practice to allow 72 hrs for the muscle to repair itself. So if you worked biceps yesterday, you would wait at least 72 hours to work the biceps again. When you lift weights you are tearing the muscle and then it rebuilds itself. That's how you get stronger/bigger.

Go on bodybuilding.com, they have a lot of good routines, + you can learn a lot about your body and how to make it the way you want it //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
