Woot. Bought all new amps

Heard alot about the 4125, but not much about the 2150.

I was thinking of putting a set of Hertz HSK165s on each side of the 2150. So 2 speakers per side in each front door, and running the amp at 2 x 300 @ 2 ohm, so 150rms per speaker. Then I would run a set of some coaxials in the rear doors off the HU just to get some sound out of the rear doors. For the 4125 I would bridge both front and rear channels and on the front of the box in the Avalanche run something like 2 Eminence 12s bridged on the front channels and 2 Selenium horns bridged on the rear channels. I would put a switch on the 4125 so I could turn them off and get really nice quality sound for regular listening, but turn on the big 12s and horns so when I want I can crank it up and get some loud highs.

Was thinking either that or run the 4125 on my Hertz comps, just a single 6.5 per channel @ 4 ohms, with 125rms each. Then I could get a bigger pair of Eminence 12s and run 300rms each, without horns.

Ideas? Yay or nay?

I have purchased a total of 6 of the DSC 4125's. 2 for a friend, 1 for my brother, and 3 for me. Hands down they are some of the best bang for the buck 4 channel amps on the market. You will be very pleased with your decision to run MB Quart amps.
