Wooferetc bad experience....pist off

Yea i bought an Orion 2500d about a year ago, it gave me a problem about 4 months of having it and i sent it back through Wooferetc because they honor the warranty. So they e-mailed me the receipt and RA number for me to send it back to Orion to get fixed. So about 2 weeks after that they send me a brand new one. So recently i ran into another possible problem, i reallly just want to get it checked out by Orion i dont really care about the shipping cost jus want to make sure my amp is working correctly. So i contacted wooferetc again so they can get an RA number so i can send it off to Orion. So i dont know what the deal is they have been pulling my leg for like 3 weeks now and really is working my nerves. Im really am experiencing a bad time with wooferetc, so i recently sent them a pissed of e-mail and hopefully they respond with some positive info.

If anyone else has had this problem let me know?

 
But my warranty should cover it, thats my whole argument they act like they dont want to follow thru with it, i shouldnt have to pay but if it boils down to it i will

 
alright so today i get a phone call saying they have my receipt and RA number to be sent to my fax machine, so i checked my mail and nothing is there but i have to go and check my fax machine. The guy acted like he was scared or something and was apologizing for the problems ive had with them. But we will see tommorow if they actually send the stuff to me.
