Woofer box help

I just built a speaker box and didn't use my head cause I was in a hurry but I need to get a port idea. Here is the box measurements(outside) 42.5wx 17hx 21d. It comes out 6.75 inside the box. I am running 3 Soundstream rw 12's and they call for 2.25 cubes ported with 35 sq. inches and 26 inches long. I didn't allow enough to do two 3 inch ports under the woofers so I can do 2 inches and something the length of the box and up the back of the box but there is no support that way as far as flexing. If I do subs up port back how would it sound compared to subs back port back(suv)? I need help with another idea cause I want subs back
