Wondering if major modifying is necessary for my cobalt....

I currently own a 2007 Cobalt LT coupe and I have bought a Clarion DXZ865MC deck.

I was wondering if anyone knows if this unit will fit in my car or would I need to do some modifying to my dash?

anyone with some info please respond. Thanks!

Sorry, I meant typed the model number of the deck out wrong, It's the Clarion DXZ955MC.
