I can honestly tell you this... something of this "Sort" happened on my bus, the kid wouldnt shut up and sit down... the bus driver said if you dont shut up and sit down... we will sit here all day...

One of the kids behind me dared me to go push him in the seat and tell him to shut up...

Got up... pushed him... and he feel into the seat and smacked his head on the window.... I would of sworn that would of broken the window... but w.e.... every was claping because he was so stupid.... [/ my life story]

funny thing is i bet the driver got in alot more trouble than the kid. no matter what any of you say that kid must have been acting up (driver already called the deputy) then the kid was clearly pressing the issue. most idiots see it as a first touch rule but hey if i was a **** *** parent i would blame the system too. back when i grew up that kind of stuff didnt happen and if it did the driver would probably knock the kid out.

There is nothing "whoa" about it. The little punk deserved it, if his parents cant do it someone needs to. He never actually "hit" the kid. He just grabbed him by the neck in an attempt to regain control of the bus. If you turn your speakers up and listen to what the little kid says then you should see that he should have gotten worse... He is lucky the bus driver never actually threw a punch, or he would have shown the kid who was boss. Did you notice how tough the kid acted once the driver went back to the CB? Still a cocky little punk, needs an as$whooping from a peer next...
