WMD2 w/ coil rub/Terrible PAP Experience

lmao at the guy who got all pissy that he used his credit card. the **** else are credit cards for? he PAID FOR A WORKING SUB WOOFER! Mike have you actually called them? spoke to them one on one.

edit: i believe chemmins is a PAP nuthugger :0 no point in arguing with him. he will not be swayed from his beliefs.

Yup, but only a few times. I've always left a voicemail whenever they didn't answer, and this last time he told me to respond to him via email. To me it seems as if they are screening, because they never pick up the first time...

Update :

I filed a complaint via BBB, and heard a response from them a week later. PAP responded once, and never responded again. As far as I know, they have a permanent complaint now agaisnt them.

I had a lil issue with Paul on my wmd2. Come to find out it was just lead slap but he walked me threw trying to figure it out and I have nothing but good things to say about them. I would and will buy from them again. Takes every bit of power my 2200d can muster and just begs for more.

OP hope you get it worked out. But I do hear you on the shipping charges I paid $75 to have mine shipped!!! Yea, that’s high but I got a beast of a sub for $300 shipped to my door so I really have nothing to complain about. Cost the same as my old dd2510 but just destroys it in every category.

i have never assembled a sub where the coil rubs but i understand it can happen. all you should have to pay is shipping 1 way and should get a appology or if ya order again 25% off or something. this is bad customer servive and bad biz. this is NOT the only place i have heard that turns there back on quality problems.

At first I thought, why should I even pay shipping back when they sent me a bad sub in the first place? However for arguments sake, I said I will pay my half of shipping if they repair/replace it. He simply stated PAP doesn't cover shipping costs, and any warranty work is at their discretion and their "quality control" would have caught the damaged subs issue. lol

its pretty standard issue you have to send it back at ur cost all companys have that. they pay to return ship it though...........
