No pics and vids because I dont feel its needed.

This whole story sounds made up....

Thats not the point, the point was the dude came into her lane, they were going high speeds and if she was to brake immediately that would have caused the car behind her react(and who knows how they react, maybe they lose control)
And then we have a 5 car accident, VS swirving off to the direction to where there are no cars.

It was the guys fault plain and simple. Its not her fault that she was in his blindspot. Technically its not a hit and run, but lets get real... The guy ran and thats that. I mean he literally came within I will say a foot of her car. SHE HAD to move out of the way, I dont even think she would have been able to brake without getting hit.

Im not here to argue. I will simply call state farm, and tell them my side of the story. And I will go to court if she proceeds to sue him if he ACTUALLY has the balls to say it wasnt his fault, when HE clearly knows it was.

I actually agree with you. Never know how someone behind you is going to react.

Thing is you were chasing some dood at high speeds while you were filming him. That is just as bad as him when you think about it. I wouldn't drive at those speeds while filming. What if you hit a big *** pot hole or something, or shit a 1000 things could have went wrong with that.

Did you tell the officer you had that on tape? If they did use that, they could get you for speeding and driving all crazy as well. Might be something to think about if State Farm wants to use that. You trying to help, could screw you in the future. Just a heads up.

Also LOL at the two dumb shits acting all G'ed up in this thread. Almost funny, well actually Youngcoke twas, but this little Italy guy is plain retarded!

Your absolutely right. I was putting myself at risk and driving at high speeds that I should not have done. But I would be willing to take that risk to make sure the right thing was done. I did show the video to the cop and he just acted like he was on drugs, barely even paying attention at all to what I had to say. Most of the video was the camera in my lap, recording nothing while I was talking, then when I got a good grip of the wheel going at "slower" speeds I was recording.

Nonetheless all I wanted to do was get this person justice.

Sometimes leading someone else to justice could get you in trouble. Is obvious it was your typical cop not giving a shit. Show that to the right person and it could turn ugly for you. So maybe it is a good thing that cop didn't give a shit for you.

I mean I respect you trying to do the right thing, but just for future refrence IMO, stay out of it. You see how much people really care in our wonderful police force.

Also, honestly it takes 5 mins to post up a video and pics. Sometimes not even that long. Go to photobucket and use that.
