im no treading all this shit. technically it wasnt a hit and run. she could just braked instead of bein a dumb ***** and swervin and doin 360s and barrel roll sand shit.
Thats not the point, the point was the dude came into her lane, they were going high speeds and if she was to brake immediately that would have caused the car behind her react(and who knows how they react, maybe they lose control)
And then we have a 5 car accident, VS swirving off to the direction to where there are no cars.
It was the guys fault plain and simple. Its not her fault that she was in his blindspot. Technically its not a hit and run, but lets get real... The guy ran and thats that. I mean he literally came within I will say a foot of her car. SHE HAD to move out of the way, I dont even think she would have been able to brake without getting hit.
Im not here to argue. I will simply call state farm, and tell them my side of the story. And I will go to court if she proceeds to sue him if he ACTUALLY has the balls to say it wasnt his fault, when HE clearly knows it was.
