Thats not the point, the point was the dude came into her lane, they were going high speeds and if she was to brake immediately that would have caused the car behind her react(and who knows how they react, maybe they lose control)

And then we have a 5 car accident, VS swirving off to the direction to where there are no cars.

It was the guys fault plain and simple. Its not her fault that she was in his blindspot. Technically its not a hit and run, but lets get real... The guy ran and thats that. I mean he literally came within I will say a foot of her car. SHE HAD to move out of the way, I dont even think she would have been able to brake without getting hit.

Im not here to argue. I will simply call state farm, and tell them my side of the story. And I will go to court if she proceeds to sue him if he ACTUALLY has the balls to say it wasnt his fault, when HE clearly knows it was.

And ya know what, Me and the fam were going down the freeway one day and this new full size ford truck goes by, swerving on and off tha road. That doesn't bother me in moderation, but this bytch was doing it alot. She sped up, slowed down, swerved off into the grass, back on the road, all at 60-80mph. We called the 911 and followed her till she got off the fw and stopped at a gas station. The po-po got there and was talkin to her so we left. don't know what was wrong or happened, just know that we did what was right. Period.
