With all this talk of loosing weight .....

Speaking of losing weight, too.

I'm 5'10 305(gained 10lbs since I quit smoking)

I just went and purchased a full free weight bench system, already had the total gym(The thing Chuck Norris is on using in commercials, on his back sliding up and down)

Also have a punching bag, about to get a squat rack and some other things.

Starting the Atkins diet Monday.

And in about 6 months I'm going to do a cycle I think, havn't decided on that yet.

I'll never get more fit, it seems. But I bet I'm in tons better shape before I get my **** Heavyweight in still! lol

My dad was about 320 6'2" and went on Atkins, he lost a shitload of weight and ended up having a heart attack while on it which the doctors would not say caused it but pretty much every one of the suspected it.

You would be much better off starting eating clean good foods for you that would be a long term solution instead of going on any type of extreme diet.
