//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif That was what I was getting at...All the pics Ive seen you look normal to me. If you are serious about the conditions you have no one here can help you...better go see a doc.

gatorade is actually worse for you than pop if you arent actually doing something that makes you sweat. gatorade will bloat you up and give you water gut. i used to live on gatorade and powerade until my doctor and physical therapist told me what it does to you if you arent working out.

with your new hips, can you do low impact, such as some kind of eliptical machine? i use one in our workout room at work, and it seems to work a big part of my entire body. i do have to work my stomach a little, as the eliptical runner doesn't seem to do much to my abs.

I would find a personal trainer/therapist that is familiar with your conditions to try and get you on a small exercise program, they have all kinds of programs out there for people with special conditions so it is basically just a matter of finding someone who knows what they are doing.

You seem to eat ok but things like peanut butter and jelly (assuming you eat it on white bread) are what is killing your goals.

If anything is sounds like you are not eating enough if a bowl and cereal and a PBandJ sammy is all you have eaten by the time you sit down for dinner.

agreed. if your body thinks it's starving, it'll protect itself by storing as much as possible. once you start eating normal, you'll get more overweight.

Ok, well I guess i'll find something to eat besides PB&J's for lunch every day. I guess that would be a start //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif

so how the hell are you not maintaining a healthy stature?

Sounds to me like you do everything correctly.
