Wirinig harness's.. I don't exactly get it.

Alright. I got my wiring harness for the vehicle.

That plugs into the factory wiring, then it has a bunch of wires already stripped for you coming out if it..

But, you can't just wire the HU, you need something that plugs in.

how long ago was it that CC took your old radio out?

might go back and show them you dont have a harness

some harness can get pricey most are about $30

Yeah, it was several months ago...

anyway, I just cut it out of my old car.. Eventually it will go back in once I get something nicer for my Suburban.

I just need to know what colors mean what on the Sony HU, all I know is that blue is antenna, and red is power, I guess that's all I need, but I won't have the amps in for several more days..

Most aftermarket ish is the same....

whites and grays are front spkrs.... black line is neg solid color is pos.

green/purple are rears

red is switched 12v aka acc.

yellow is constant 12v

black is ground

orange and orange and white are usually illumination or dimmer

brown or yellow and black is usually mute... hardly ever use these

blue and blue/white are usually power antenna and "system remote".. both can be used as remote turn ons for amps or may need to be connected if your vehicle has a stock amp

Factory wires were spliced with the harnesses wires.

So I cut them off, only thing I could do.

Anyway, it's all hooked up now, just waiting on my order from Knu, and my MDF.
