wiring won't work

I dunno if it's the fact that it's 2 years old or what. but i've tried to hook up like 3 diff. amps and they all power up but shut off when i turn the volume up. I suspect the power wire being faulty. but i dunno. my remote and ground are fine.

Check the ground, I know when I had a faulty ground, the amps will power up for like 5-10 sec, and then die.

what are you running the amps, is it a 4-channel or sub, whats the ohm load your running at, whats the wire size and the current draw?

answer these question and i can give you an answer on what your problem is

any amps it'll do this to....2 channel amps w/ 2 SVC 4ohm subs bridged. 4awg wires, Fosgate, i have no idea on current draw.

Hey, What size fuse do you have by the battery? Sounds like too much current draw to me. Should have at least a 100 amp fuse on it.
