whatts up people! I just purchaced a Rockford Fosgate T40001bd amplifer. Its 4650watts RMS @1 ohm...pulls 300amps @ 1ohm (pretty efficientt!). anyway, i have two MTX 9500 15" that get 1,600 watts RMS a peice....i hit a 155.1dB on the audio control. Since im going to be pulling more power wth this rockford amp, 2,325 watts RMS a peice...i was thinking of running 2 0gauge positive and 2 0gauge negative from the front all the way to the batteries in the back. i think running high quality wire is better than grounding to a thin peice of body metal of my truck. What do you guys think? waste of money running all that cable or just ground it?

no. it doesn't. that would make it over 100% effecient....you are probably looking at 450A or so (assuming the birthsheet is somewhat honest, and a 70% efficiency which is pretty normal)

and it would be nice to do dedicated runs.

110% efficient.... This amp disproves the Conservation of Energy.... Holy hell.
