Wiring up subs

I have a cadence 7000d (1300 at 1ohm) and am going to put that on 2 Sundown SA-12's 4 ohm dvc. How would i wire them so that it ends up being a 1 ohm load on the amp so that the subs get all the power that thing has got?

you wire each sub in parallel putting them at 2 ohm each then wire the leads going to the speakers in parallel giving you the 1 ohm load you need,
