tuning amp

i have a 6000 watt pyle super power amp. its hooked up to 2 12 inch pioneer champion series subs. the subs are 1200 watts each. can anybody give me any advice on tuning the amp to make the sound perfect. want it to be loud and shake my car but not risk blowing the subs.

that hu has 2.0v preouts, so set the gain setting (the one that you were not sure of to 2 and that should give you the max power at the lowest distortion that your setup will allow.
