wiring up 3 amps

as far as the main power wire that is going to the battery, should i do each one seperately??

or should i hook up 1 wire to the battery, and then split that between the 3? if so, how is that done?

I would say run 1/0 guage wire from the batery down to a distro block. From there, probably run 4 guage wire to each amp.

ok, well, for my amps, i'll be running a 4 gauge to my sub amp, and 8 gauge to my two other amps (fronts and rears), would you still recommend going w/ a 1/0 gauge from the battery?

I would, although it depends on the combined power of the amps. There's a calculator on the BCAE website - scroll down the index on the right side and click on "Wire". From there, look under "Maximum Power for a Given Wire Size".

I still say go with the 1/0 guage wire to a distro block. This is simply because there is less resistance and it gives you room to upgrade. And it looks extremely messy, not to mention, it is unnecessary to have multiple wires coming back from the battery.
