is there a way to hook up 2 amps with one remote wire? if not do i just get another remote wire and put them together and wire to the head unit?
You can use 'remote wire', or any small wire, like 18-24 gauge speaker wire would do you great.what kind of wire should i use and would i just wire it from one remote hook up to the other on both amps?
is the original wire 2 wires in one?
This can happen, but with 2 amps you'll be fine off of most headunits. Majority of headunits support 2 amps on the remote lead. And splicing the wire doesn't reduce the voltage, it reduces the current I believe. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif.sometimes though you will not have enough voltage to turn on both amps in which case u will need to use a relay.
That's what we're here for. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gifok thanks for the help
