wiring two amps

Wiring.jpg

thats my setup. should get you goin in the right direction.

you know you don't need 2 fuses on one stretch of line from battery 1 to battery 2......plus the more spots you interrupt the current flow...the less flow there is, if I'm correct. but everything else is good as a guide for him to use.........also you can eliminate those 2 fuse holders and the distro-block on the power wire from battery 2 to the amps by getting a dual fuse holder distro block...

daisy chain the remotes if it's just 2 amps. i'd use a relay on 3 or more

and i like my 2 fuses //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

I think he's asking how to use 1 amp per voice coil on one sub, thus using 2 amps. They would have to be strap-able, or the gains would have to be set EXACTLY the same, or else kaboom. I believe anyway, others know way more than me.

no im asking how to wire two amps one for comps and one for subs so i pretty much just splice the remote wires toghter then run to HU
yes...you can just run a jumper from one remote terminal to the other on the amps and then run one wire to the headunit
