Wiring to battery

Okay so here's my problem. I'm pretty sure this could all be solved with a distribution block but I want to know if there is another way. I have two power cabled running to my trunk from my front battery. I had a really hard time getting them onto the batter and getting the power screw to stay on. Is there an easier way to do this besides struggling to keep it on?

your bolt is 2 short
i am sure you get that alot

you need a side post extended bolt easy fix
Should the bolt just easily come out? I remember trying to get it out and for some reason I couldn't. I'll have to try again. Thanks guys

it might have a lock ring on it so it doesnt fall out. easy enough to get it out
Alright thanks man.. I'll have to try it out later //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

Edit: Would any general car store or auto body shop have these extenders?
