wiring sub to the box HELP

alright, so i ordered a box online to put my 15'' PB 3xl sub in. I cannot figure out this F'ing wiring though.. (I usually bought subs that were already wired to the box)

The inside of the box looks somewhat like this...

How do i connect the wires to those terminals? Everytime i try to unscrew them the amp plug in terminals become loose, and i don't want to to screw anything up. Are those metal strips used for anything?

Don't worry about it, thats not the box. Just a pic i pulled up on google images.

Yep, I don't know how much you know about crimp terminals but they sell those everywhere, even Walmart. Then you just need a pair of crimpers which will be right next to the terminals and probably cost you like $5.

What box did you get? That 3XL is not going to be happy in a small prefab box, if that's what you got.

That's what I was trying to say. The 3xl wants at least 3 cubic ft ported after displacement .

i'm puttin it in a 2.01 CF box. I'm just tryin to fit it in my ford ranger. There's a lot of definitions of "unhappy".. What are you sayin by that?

The sub isn't going to perform its best in that box. My 3xl didn't sound good until I pit it in a 3.5 cube box. And thats after displacement

Yea, they like more space to really be at an optimal performance level.
