wiring remote wire...

Did you buy the harness so you could easily just wire it up to the HU and plug it in or are you splicing wires?

ive installed like 15 HU's over the last probably 8 years ive been interested in car audio and not once have I run into a problem like some of the problems ive heard of on this site. Match up the colors on the harness with the colors on the HU, plug that shit in and call it a day.

Now i havent installed in every car there is known to man so I'm sure maybe that doesnt work on everything, but ive installed in ford, pontiac, chevy, honda, volkswagen, and Volvo and havent run into one issue......

alright... If it doesn't work I will hate you!! lol.. not really cuz i will turn it on before putting everything in completely so it will only be like 2 minutes more of work..

she has a ****ing korean pos Hyundai! and there is no remote for the cars harness.. mine did easy as cake..

I think you just confused everyone by calling it the remote wire...Everyone i know calls it the ignition wire...That might not be the official term but its what most people know it by....lol....

My friend used to always wire his ignition wire to the power wire...said he liked to be able to play it without having the key in there...lol...sucks if you get drunk and forget to shut off your deck though...lol...
