Wiring questions

I need guidance on wiring everything together. I have a 2006 Honda Accord LX Sedan. This is what I have.

Rockford Fosgate P165-S

Rockford Fosgate P165

Alpine SWS 12D4 Subwoofer

Kenwood Excelon X500-1 (amp for subwoofer)

Alpine MRP-F300 50W x 4 (amp for speakers)

PAC SOEM LOC

2 KnuKonceptz wiring (4 channel wiring kit, 1 channel wiring kit)

My questions:

1) Is there a problem if I have the o-rings from my power wire from both amps on the battery end touch?

2) What cables connect to what on the LOC?

3)On the LOC, what do I do about the remote wire going to both amps?

4) on the LOC, there are is a ground wire on both ends, what do I connect them to?

1) not sure exactly what you mean by o rings but if you are talking about the ring terminals at the end of the wire, and they are either both + or - then yes they can touch. if ones + and the other is - do not let them touch.

2)If you do your speaker install first you can reference the wire colors at that time and then make the appropriate connections at the back of the deck. On the output side of the loc you will have to split the signal for the rear channels of the 4 ch to feed signal to the sub amp.

3)You should be able to just split the signal for the remote output to both amps. If you are concerned about amp capacity of the loc then wire in a relay.

4) the ground wires on the loc are just that ground wires and those typically get grounded at the deck. Those wires are not required to be connected, they are for a reference ground in case you get a ground loop.
