Wiring Question

I just got got the polk momo 6.5 components and 6x9's installed the other day and hooked them up to the kicker 350.4 amp. They ran new wiring from the hu to the amp, but used the factory wiring from the components to the hu. Would it make that much of a difference in sound quality if i had them install new wiring from the the components to the hu?

if you had the wiring layin around, and were gonna do it yourself, id say do it,

but IMO you wont be happy paying a shop to do it since i doubt you will be able to notice any difference to justify the cost
