wiring options?

my subs are cutting out at .5 at loud volumes for some reason... My electrical is stock so i am going to go back to 2ohm load. all connections are good, so it must be that i don't have a strong enough electrical system and no extra batteries.

Most likely your amp can't handle the load.

 
wired it back up to 2ohm and it works perfect again but just doesn't hit near as hard, oh well, when i get my electrical system up to par ill try it again at .5

I agree with every one above. OFC is much better. Copper is a much better conductor than aluminum.

Yup , the dsp should have input sections, it may have one for sub? Hu to dsp. Dsp to amps, amps to speakers. Probably help you to draw this all...
