wiring option that isnt in the sticky

ryan..... just hook up two subs to each of the amps, if the amps are the same, then it wont matter if you run two subs to each sub or if you hook up one coil on each sub to one amp, but if you did it that way you would be spending more time trying to make the setting exactly the same....

you still better match the gain on the amps or you could power 2 of the subs harder and blow the 2 weaker ones. if that makes sence to you.

dude, just run 2subs to 1 amp each. theres no sense in running each line of VC's to seperate amps and wasting all your time matching settings to a T.

just make the settings as close as you can, and run 2 sets of subs per amp.

much time saved, and no chances of running into weird problems with the VC's under different amps.

...........If they're in a common chamber.

You won't need to gnat's ass the matching as long as the signal is the same going to/coming from each amp. The power from each amp going to each sub will simply be summed in the magnetic field generated by the two viocecoils of each sub. Would still be easier to simply divide the enclosure into two seperate chambers and put a pair of subs on each amp in their own chamber.

I agree with every one above. OFC is much better. Copper is a much better conductor than aluminum.
