Alright I will be getting ready for my new set up soon. It will be around ~4500 watts in total. How many runs of 0 gauge do ya'll think I should make? Right now I have just 1 + run but should I do 2 runs of + and -? Or would that be overkill?

Two Runs of 1/0 would be OK for Power and One Run 1/0 & #4 for the grounds. Just be sure too Fuse Both Positives, Then Run those to Your choice of Distibution blocks.
