Wiring on S10l5's

I have two S10L5's Dual 4 ohm voice coil wired to 2 ohms. Can I run them on a 2 channel amp, at 2 ohms each? Or does it change the resistance. Basically, I know that if i put it on a mono amp I will have to find one that is 1 ohm stable, but I just want to run them at 2 ohms. Will running them in 2 channels on a 2 ohm stable amp work?

What do you mean dont wire them together? I just plan on running the subs to the same amp. Thats not what you mean right?
