Wiring Kit for Avalanche???

Hi everyone,

I was woundering if anyone new was gauge wire would be appropreit for a 500/1 JL amp running 2 subs? Thanks. Also, how many feet do you recommened for a chevy avalanche? Thanks for all your help!

A good 4 gauge power wire will be just fine for the JL 500/1 and Id go with about 20 feet . Always better to have some left over instead of having to order more.

het a nice kicker amp kit. 4ga would be fine but i would do 1/0 to be safe in case u want to upgrade later!!!

Yah you get higher strand counts typically with kicker and other more commonly used brands too.
