wiring info help por favor

i didn't know the best place to put this so i put it here.

i was wondering if installing a capacitor is really as easy as the instructions say it is, they tell me to plug it into the batter and use a charging bulb to tell whether its charged or not.

i was also wondering how we would plug that sucker into the amp, i can install everything else, this is what confuses me.
