wiring in a power converter

my brother wants to wire up a 750 inverter, hardwired, under his seat and all to run laptops/ps2 on road trips, you know the usual shit. nothing fancy.

he wants it on a switch, not on the ignition, so how do we go about making it hardwired rather than cigerette lighter power...

cut the lighter adapter part off run the ground to a ground and run the power to the battery put a switch on the power side and place the switch where you want it.
