Wiring headunit - grounding

So I have a harness for my car to my alpine as well as the actually alpine harness. I spliced these together sometime ago. I found there are 3 ground wires between the 2 harnesses. Is my best bet to connect all 3 to a single wire and then ground to the chassis metal somewhere?

black to black bro. It doesnt have to go to chassis unless you want it to. The wires coming from the car harness are viable grounds.

is it a dodge/chrystler vehicle? just use all 3 if so.

yes, SRT4. Now that im thinking of it, the one that goes into the headunit is already on the metal chassis. The other 2 are at the stock harness end, so if I dont connect them, nothing bad will happen. I mean, the headunit will still be grounded to the chassis and the factory harness ground will basically not connect to anyhting.
