wiring head unit with 2 subs

I have a 2002 Honda crv and im putting my first system in I bought a pioneer FH-x700BT radio and Im prity sure on how to install the radio I just don't know what holes I put the rca cables in for my subs it has two white plugs on the top and the left one says r/sw and the one next to it has a f on top and in the middlr it has a l and on the bottom its got 2 red pugs with a r imbetween them I just don't know what these mean or where the rca cables go for the subs

You have only 2 rca outs..Rear speakers/Subwoofer and Front speakers. The L and R should mean left and right. But if you arent running an amp for speakers just connect the sub rcas to the one that says R/SW
