Wiring harness question

I have a 2000 ford escort.

I bought a HU from sonic electronix with the free installation acc. added to the order.

but they sent me this

I'm not sure why they sent that, is it because my ford uses that one, even though its 2000?

Your Ford does use that harness, even though it's a 2000. Did you get the kit for the integrated climate controls?
