Wiring for 2 sets of front speakers

Recently purchased a Alpine CDA-7873 head unit and I want to run (off the Front Channel) 4 speakers (two sets of front speakers, both sets 6.5" Infinity). One set is on top of dash and the other set in the doors. I was wondering if I should use Y splitters and divide the current out to seperate amps. Or should I use the front RCA Output to one Amp (MTX Thunder 4300X) which has (2,3 or 4 channel capability). Then possibly wire the high side output through a line output converter/preamp to create a RCA Out line to a seperate two channel amp. My goal is that I am trying to get some control over the sound contribution from the door speakers so that there is better balance.

One other question? I was wondering about wiring 4 speakers on the rear door of my van. Can I run off of the rear channel of the MTX without causing problems. Rear channel can handle 2 ohm load. Any suggestions??? Thanks
