im at this level also.exept i am putting 2 smaller batterys in my rear storage compartments.
big 3 is getting its alt - to bat + wire fuzed and with a disconect key ( kill switch )
that way - the battery will not energize the alternator when the car is not running, so I can just basicly turn that wire off. - I have my regular battery for the car on a kill switch too,
as my stupid corvette seems to have a "small" electrical drain somewhere I cant find yet.
I was also thinking,
each smaller battery in the storage areas will get a 60amp fuze about 12" away from each battery on the + cables and am concidering adding a kill switch to isolate the rear batterys if nessary, as - once my box is in the car - it will cover the batterys and axess to them
and it might be nice to be able to turn them off if something goes crazy wrong.
