get your meter and do a continuity check on ground. ground one of the leads on your terminal and touch the wires. if you get continuity or hear a beep that wire needs to go to ground
doesn't matter if they are tied together or on separate terminals. what does matter is where they need to go. i'd like to see what is going on under that hood rather than blindly giving advise.
Thanks for that diagram zakerid man appericate it. me and my dad worked on it and i did something stupid on my part i cut the wrong wire from the positive and had 2 positive's basically but i just had alot going on at once and what not so wasn't thinkn straight. uploading pics now.

i would solder those terminals.... heat them up with a mini or propane torch and solder them up. I wouldn't be surprised if you could pull those wires out as they are now.
