wiring comps?

Ok guys I've decided I am gonn build a new system but do it myself this time. I wanna start with comps. For now I am keeping my factory deck ( I have a '06 pontiac G6 by the way). What do I need and how do I go about wiring them to the factory deck? Thanks for the help guys.

you hook them up like you would any regular coax, only the mid and tweet get connected to the crossover and the speaker out from the hu connects to the crossover as well. most component sets require more power than your hu can produce to get the full effect from them.

amp those comps or it'll sound very similar to your factory speakers, maybe worse because the drivers will want more power than you can provide
