Hello!

So I've purchased an Orion CO8001 amp to pair with my new JL Audio 12w6v2 sub (DVC, 4ohm) So, I want to wire it to 2ohm, and I got tripped up when I noticed the amp has two negative and positive wire posts. Do I need to connect a single wire off the master speaker out on the amp (the left negative and left positive) and connect those to the negative and positive on the sub, with a two wires connecting both voice coils,

OR

Do I connect two speaker wires, one from each set of outputs to each individual coil?

I'd really rather not destroy this sub by doing something stupid with wiring, so I figured I'd ask here before attempting

Thanks in advance!

I agree with every one above. OFC is much better. Copper is a much better conductor than aluminum.
