Wiring a DVC and SVC to a mono amp

So my friend is totally set on running 2 mtx thunder 8000 supposed to be both dual 4ohm 400rms each but one of the set of leads is totally removed I have no idea why and I don't know how to solder on new leads.

So the one sub is essentially a dual 4ohm and the second is a single 4 ohm.

The amp is 2ohm stable alpine mrp-m1000.

How should I wire these up?

yea I was considering that would the thermal power handling be 200 watts for each driver then ?but no they are used
lol, i was just kidding about knocking the other terminals off.

are you sure they're both supposed to be DVC subs?

He won't but I was actually considering just running one coil on the DVC and then the SVC sub ending in a 2 ohm load. is there a better option without fixing or replacing the sub?

if it were me I wouldn't have bought them in the first place but would definatly be getting rid them

yea I'm sure that it was once a dual 4 because I checked the mtx manual of the 2001 thunder 8000 and they didn't make a single voice coil 12" version
