Wiring a anl fuse holder

So yea as the thread states I need help wiring this thing. Here's a picture of my fuse holder

So that black thing is the fuse. There's a nut on top of that then the fuse, then a small washer, then two regular sized washers, then a nut. I'm a complete noob when it comes to wiring so any help is appreciated. I'm using 4 gauge wire to wire this up so yea. thanx in advance.

but in seriousness, so is it ok to have the fuse under top nut (or left or right //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif , k just kidding) then have the wire wrapped around the screw on top of the bottom nut and then screw it down?

as long as the fuse and the wire and both in between nuts your good
