wiring 8 svc 4 ohm woofers

My buddy is wanting 8 8s. And I'm not sure what ohm load this will end up at. I only know my loads up to 4 woofers. I know 4 Svc 4s =1ohm . Does 8 equal 2 ohm or. 5 or am I completely off?

That's correct. .5 or 2 or something like 8 ohms too. It's like wiring 4 Dual 4 ohm speakers.

It is. The options you have are .5, 2 and 8 ohms. I'd aim for 2 ohms.
