Wiring 5 Single voicecoil subs

This is your best option. Or just wire all 4 to a 4ohm load and bridge the amp...same principle, but could make amp tuning easier being in mono mode.
True,.......................... was just trying to keep the wiring connections as simple as possible.

running 5 subs ...run 4 at two ohm stereo and the 5th in at 4ohm mono this will be 3ch mode...it should work
lulz
Cannot believe you suggested this. I'm hoping you were going for the lulz since not only would the amplifier be seeing 1ohm per channel, the fifth driver wouldn't be stroking the same distance as the others, lol.

In bridge mode with a 4ohm load, the amplifier sees 2ohms per channel, but with the addition of another 2ohms per channel due to the 2 sets of drivers wired to 2ohms, the amp sees 1ohm per channel. Death for the amplifier.

You trollin'.

i just wired the 4 of them to 4 ohms, the subs arent even mine they are a buddies he just doesnt have an amp at the moment and we are bored....figured we would make a quick setup with them
